Biden increased it. Inflation in the United States started with the adoption of a fiat currency, unconstitutionally, by FDR, a DEMOCRAT.

Inflation is caused by a government printing money faster than wealth being created through capitalism. It is a desired effect of implementing fiat currency.

Fiat currency in the United States was implement by force, unconstitutionally, by FDR, a DEMOCRAT. Biden has printed tremendous sums of money, all while the economy is in a state of depression, directly causing massive inflation. In addition, the shortages caused by his policies are continuing the economic depression.
