There have been a lot of deportations, so not zero as you claim. There has not been 2 million asylum claims. There are multiple asylum hearings for every claim, including the initial asylum hearing, so it has got to be far greater than 21,000. Your numbers are obviously screwed up.

document the deportation of someone who's amnesty claim has been denied......there have been 2M admitted to the country as asylum seekers.......you may well be right that many of them didn't bother to actually file paper work.........there have not been more than 21,000 asylum cases adjudicated in 2021......it is not my numbers that are screwed up......it is the Biden administration that is screwed up.....

According to you, there are about 1.5 million cases. The majority of immigration court cases are not asylum cases, so the number of asylum cases would be less than 700k. You just cannot get 2 million out of that.

There were 2 million contacts, but most of them were not asylum cases. Some of them were not even aliens. American citizens get caught up in all this all the time. Some of those cases are American citizens too.

What does not happen is that asylum seekers are not released on bail without filing for asylum. There are not half a million asylum seekers who forgot to file.

Because before Castro's prison dump, any Cuban who washed up on the shores as a refugee or seeking asylum was granted certain rights (due prosecution under the law, not automatic deportation). And before the Wall fell, people showing up at airports and docks without proper papers and such got a favorable treatment because they were fleeing communism. Remember the Vietnamese "boat people".

The majority of immigration court cases are not asylum cases, so the government did not say there were 1.5 million asylum cases. The majority of border encounters do not end in any type of immigration court cases. The court cases go back for years, so would not have a one to one connection to the number of encounters in the last year there either.

no......I am pointing out the FACT that all two million of them were released without court cases........in 2021, 24K of them were processed.....8k of them were granted asylum.......none of the other 16K were deported......those are federal government statistics linked above.........what have you got?......
