Cruz had it right the first time. People like Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, and Lindsay Graham will be like the Nazis to fled to Argentina after WWII. I guess they'd all study up on their "Espanol"!

Not at all. Ted is right almost all the time. Nobody's perfect.
A better question is, will history be kind to the Democrats for electing Biden? He has always been a serial liar, a plagiarist, and was a bumbling idiot during the election. Then he totally fucked up most everything in less than two years.
That's because he was born in Canada. He had to denounce his Canadian dual citizenship prior to his presidential run so the wing nuts couldn't use it against him.
Correct, but Cruz's father was Cuban, so he was born with triple citizenship (Canadian, Cuban, and American), and beyond that British nationality (because he was born before Canada ended its colonial status). He has given up his Canadian citizenship, but kept his Cuban citizenship, and his British nationality.
It is odd that Cruz learned almost no Spanish, given that his father spoke it as his first language, and his mother spoke it as her second language.
The Republican Party no longer uses dog whistles. They no longer make an pretext about what they stand for. Power in the service of advancing the straight white Christian male agenda at the expense of everyone else. They have told us time and again who they are. I believe them. Unless they are writing the history books this time willl be viewed as worse than the Civil War. The darkest time in American history.
