That new footage shows such a stark contrast. Pelosi was decisive, tough & her top 2 priorities were protecting innocent lives from harm, and preserving our democracy.

Meanwhile, Trump watched Fox all day, and had to be talked into including "stay peaceful" in his message to protestors (after he reluctantly agreed to call them off, 3 hours into the riot).

You can disagree w/ Pelosi's positions all day, but she's a leader. Trump is a sniveling coward.

You should watch the footage. I don't imagine you will, but she spends the entire time trying to get national guard, cops and everyone else who could help secure the Capitol to act, and also calling other parties - including Pence - to make sure they were in safe locations. It was like she was President that day.

What did she do in the days leading up to it where others, including Trump, offered and suggested extra security, bringing in the National Guard, putting up more barriers, etc., all of which she had to sign off on and she refused to do. Calling for help in a terrified panic is hardly "heroic" or showing leadership. It's more an act of cowardice in the face of one's own stupidity.

Appeal to amateur psychology and body language fallacy.

Not what I saw at all. I saw urgency, but no panic. I saw deep concern, but not terror. And if she was terrified, she would only care about herself - her priorities on that footage are protecting others, and making sure they could finish the proceedings and protect our democracy.

Typically, your observations are based largely in partisan bias.
