Cops are people. Just like you, me and others. There are good ones and bad ones. There are smart ones and stupid ones. There are ones with emotional, mental and family problems. There are also stable ones and those with great supportive families.

There are only bad ones because the "good ones" sell you a lie that they can reform the system from the inside, but when has a police department ever been reformed for the better from the inside?

The ones that have been "reformed" were reformed by those on the outside, not the inside.

Those on the inside resist reforms.

Have you watched the Dahmer thing on Netflix? That goes to prove that cops just don't give a shit unless something affects them personally, and they all -ALL- rally around bad cops like they did for the two cops who handed a drugged, 14 year old boy back to Jeffrey Dahmer.
