Care to place a bet on it? Florida will not have their lawyer's expenses paid. It is more likely Florida will be paying the lawyers of those that are suing.
The criminal investigation points to there being a basis for a civil suit.

It will never see a courtroom because DeSantis will settle with them, knowing that he won't pay a dime, Florida taxpayers will.

DeSantis continues to fuck over the people of Florida with these political stunts.

So, you are admitting that DeSantis doesn't have much of a case to get it tossed. OK.
Trump's lawsuit against Clinton was thrown out in less than 6 months. Surely you must think the lawsuit against DeSantis has less than merit than Trump's lawsuit against Clinton.
