It's amazing how youthful and vigorous he is for a 76 year old man who has been through the stresses of a Presidential term as well as enduring an unprecedented onslaught of baseless hoaxes, investigations, targeting, spying, raiding, and etc.Trump's still got it! He can still fill stadiums with his rallies!
If you look at Bush Jr and Obama before and after they left office, they both visually aged significantly. Trump?? He looks the same to me.

Biden in Pennsylvania yesterday at a rally for Fetterman. Dozens showed up.
Mostly paid actors. I recognize a couple of those guys from Pepto Bismol commercials.

No, it doesn't. If the union management, shop stewards, and such tell the rank and file to show up for a speech by Joke--and that they'll get their pay for that--or there might be issues, the rank and file shows up. That isn't free speech. It's coerced behavior.
As for the Constitution, yes, it severely restricts the federal government, and it also delineates our rights.
As for the last, I worked for a living but was never beholden to some union that told me what I could and couldn't do.
What does it say? That I have much more expensive hobbies than you just sitting on your lazy libturd ass knitting or playing with yourself?
