Sen. Lindsey Graham said if Trump is prosecuted for mishandling classified infor

We all control ourselves. Free will.

Some people are weak and choose to blame others for their problems, but the reality is that we each control ourselves.

It's not a matter of body, but a matter of soul.

Asking a paraplegic to climb Mt. Everest is silly, but challenging their mind to grow grearter is a good thing.

Everyone on JPP is here for a reason. Mostly for entertainment, but also for other reasons.

FWIW, I enjoy forums. You're a good soul, evince. Believe peace works in the end and drop the heated rhetoric.

YOU'RE A GOOD SOUL
,

I will not play nice with people trying to destroy my nation

Good souls fight to save the good people

The goodness MUST BE DEFENDED

Nixon was a criminal

Reagan was a criminal

poppy Bush may not have been a criminal

Bush was a criminal

Trump was a criminal

Time for the Republican Party to pay for all this crime

Why are you focusing so much about politics from four decades ago, evince?

Sure, there are ramifications today.

Do you believe most people are good or do you believe most people are bad, evince?

Because history matters

You keep claiming Democratic crimes

It’s all fucking lie

But you keep doing it

Why?

You went back first dude

I replied

Accept the cold hard facts

Republicans cheat and lie since Nixon

Poppy Bush was the only clean one

Or just didn’t get caught

But you don’t see me making up lies about him

In 2015, Lyndsey Graham said, "The REPUBLICAN party should tell Donald Trump to go to hell", after Trump announced he was running for president.

He also called Donald Trump an Idiot and an Embarrassment for the Republican Party.

THEN WENT FULL GOOD SQUAD TRUMPTARD AFTER DONALD TRUMP WON.

I would just like to say, that Lyndsey Graham is the idiot now and the embarrassment for the Republican party!

Nice going there IDIOT!

They don't care anymore what's on record of them saying in the past. They think the entire past is some kind of "etch-a-sketch" and we should only pay attention to what any MAGA republican says at any given moment.

Why are you pretending you don’t know what I think about that?

Most people are mostly good

A few are like saints

And a few are complete rat bastards

The Republican Party is and has been run by rat bastards all my adult life

The FBI concluded she had been careless. They found no reason to believe she had disclosed classified information on purpose or that any of her emails had been hacked. It's worth noting that she was compelled to endure
multiple Republican led Congressional investigations and that Comey's last minute disclosure of additional emails, all of which proved to be innocuous, are considered to have cost her the election. Also, nothing that she did with the emails was intended for her selfish benefit. If Trump pays a price for what he's done weighted against hers for what she did our 45th will be gone from the scene.

I think DU has it in for the Hildebeast and for most Democrats in general. He's a closet lib-basher, IMO.

Comparing "Hillary's email server" with #TRE45ON's possession of and refusal to return government documents is like comparing the shoot-out at the Okay Corral with the Oklahoma City bombing. Both were bad, but there are great degrees in severity.

I think we should set up a meeting between Hillary and Dutch Uncle so they can work out their differences :)

They are guilty as shit of something

Russian compromont

One of the ways trump got helped in the election by Putin

Trump has the goods on all the republicans

It’s why so many immediately retired

To never speak again about politics

Lindsey did something

And Trump knows that something

He was a long time military Republican

They cling to Reagan
He was worse than Nixon

But got away scot free

Unlike his underlings who got caught

Dude, if I'd have been "careless" with classifed material I would have been severely repremanded if not court-martialed. She didn't even get a wrist-slap.

If it was just once, sure shit happens. Several times? Either Hillary Clinton was too fucking incompetent to be President or she's an egotistical liar who willfully violated classified material handling laws and dodged laws she helped write after Watergate by exclusive use of her private server.

Even if she's 100% legal, which she wasn't, she's clearly unethical. I don't vote for unethical people. I'll vote for someone who makes a mistake and is better for it. Not someone who is dishonest.

Ok.. find us a politician who is totally honest and we'll all vote for them :)

There are degrees of dishonesty and degrees of things lied about. Lying about a blow job or what you did with a server pales in comparison to colluding with Russia or attacking their own country. Was she anyone's first choice? Hell no, but NOT voting for her got us trump and a medevil SCOTUS.

But.. you stick to your principles, Tiger find that "perfect" politician. The rest of us will keep voting for the least worst which would have saved us a lot of pain in 16.

I will not play nice with people trying to destroy my nation...

Me neither, but there are different ways of playing nice.

My best recommendation is outsmarting them, which, for Trumpers, is surprisingly easy after a little relaxed observation.

You're smarter than them, but screwing yourself by lowering yourself to their purely emotional level.

Do you play any strategy games like chess or dominoes?
Something more emotionally focused like Poker?

Handwritten notes taken by Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger on 7 December 1985 indicate that Reagan was aware of potential hostage transfers with Iran, as well as the sale of HAWK and TOW missiles to "moderate elements" within that country.[9] Weinberger wrote that Reagan said "he could answer charges of illegality but he couldn't answer charge [sic] that 'big strong President Reagan passed up a chance to free hostages.'"

Who actually went down for this crime folks?

Thanks, but it's clearly not a common opinion. Most people vote for ideological reasons, right or wrong, or they vote for the letter at the end of the nominee's name.

No, they vote for the "least worst" which have been the choices we've been faced with the last two presidential cycles.

One surrender for another. You can have it if that were all it is, but it's something worse. It is pacifically accepting an even choice between a politically leader with historical perspective who is genuinely concerned for the good of the country and one who doesn't see beyond his own narrowly conceived self interest.

Well put!

Ollie North took it in the shorts for all of them

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_North

A veteran of the Vietnam War, North was a National Security Council staff member during the Iran–Contra affair, a political scandal of the late 1980s. It involved the illegal sale of weapons to the Khomeini regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran to encourage the release of American hostages then held in Lebanon. North formulated the second part of the plan, which was to divert proceeds from the arms sales to support the Contra rebel groups in Nicaragua, sales which had been specifically prohibited under the Boland Amendment. North was granted limited immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying before Congress about the scheme. He was initially convicted on three felony charges, but the convictions were vacated and reversed and all charges against him dismissed in 1991.
