Without voter ID the opportunity for successful voter fraud is increased. Successful means it hasn't been found. We want safeguards like voter ID to prevent voter fraud or to identify it when it does happen. I have to present a driver's license to get a city library card. Voting is more important than checking out Tom Clancy's latest book.
