Trump isn't likely to win a second term even without all his sleazy criminal activity trailing him. The fact is that electing a person who is only eligible to serve one term is a waste of effort. The GOP would have to immediately begin preparing a new candidate for the next election. It's why Bush41 and Ford were never re-elected after their loses.

The Rosenbergs gave secret information on atomic weapons to the Soviets. We have no evidence Trump sold or gave any secrets to others. I don't know if his actions meet the elements for violating any laws--not liking Trump and wanting him punished does not make him guilty. I don't think we will ever see Trump convicted of any serious crime.
