1. If he declassified them then he will be able to show us evidence that he did so. A memorandum listing the documents as declassified, a record of time and date of declassification, etc.. He has thus far not provided any evidence. He doesn't get to just steal documents and then declare after he's left office and gotten caught in possession of them that 'oh yeah I totally declassified those before, trust me bro.'
2. Even if he did declassify them, he is still in violation of the Espionage Act for his mutilation and unsafe storage of them (note the Espionage Act doesn't say a word about documents being classified or not)
3. He STILL did not have the legal right to be in possession of them because under the Presidential Records Act, they belong to the National Archives who he has failed to return them to numerous times.

How about you actually address your cult leader's behavior before trying a whataboutism about a guy who also deserves to be in jail along with him, eh?
