Former Trump national security staffer Kash Patel called in with Martha Maccallum on FOX News on Friday to react to the release of the warrant used by the FBI to search President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort home.

"If he says something is declassified, that's it, it is declassified," Patel explained. "He declassified a whole set of documents that should have come out... That's on the National Archives to sort that material out... Even if it was classified, they'll never meet the burden of intent because the president didn't pack it up and take it out himself, the G.S.A. has said they did it and they made a mistake."

All any President needs to do is say, these documents are declassified. End of story... period. The President doesn’t need to write it down, he doesn’t even need to tell anyone. If the President says it’s declassified... move on, no story here. There are no clear procedures for the President to Declassify anything.

Wrong!

A president cannot declassify Governmental documents stamped ISSP!

You've gone from stupid to MAGA-Stupid!

The sad little dupes on the left and liars in the media and the DNC are never concerned about basic facts. ;)

Kash Patel did a great of explaining everything

Yeah, you did a poor job of understanding it.

Patel said nothing about all of THESE documents being declassified.

He also never said that the President doesn’t even need to tell anyone.

You sad, pathetic, uneducated little mental case, the President is the final say as to what is classified and what is not. I wish you could be less stupid. Really I do. :palm:

Another sad, pathetic leftist dipshit who is going to cry.

In mid-May 2022, Patel wrote a children's picture book perpetuating the false claims of election fraud during the 2020 US elections. Written by Patel and illustrated by Laura Vincent

LOL!

Yeah, I'm sure that's a new one for the DOJ and FBI. How could they not have known? The President just has to wave a magic wand, and presto! Declassification.

It's official: the right-wing in America actually lives on another planet.

Why do you care of they were declassified or not?

Yet somehow he left out the part where there are regulations that specify exactly how this is to be done. There's a paper trail and there is documentation declaring that information declassified. It has to be signed off on by multiple people. All #TRE45ON had to do when the govt. requested the return of the material is give it back, tell them that he declassified it, and here's the proof.

That magic wand that you Trumptards think he's got? It's not a wand. It's a toadstool. :rofl2:

Nope- A president has no power to declassify Official Governmental Documents stamped ISSP!

A PRESIDENT IS NOT GOD- HE IS JUST THE PRESIDENT!
