So a donation long before he became a judge is evidence of him being biased? He also donated to Jeb Bush, long after he donated to Obama. Is that not evidence of him being biased towards Trump and the GOP?

Based on that reasoning judges would recuse themselves from most decisions coming before them.

A burglar voted Republican and the judge is a Democrat so he must recuse himself.

Trump said the judge on the Trump University case was biased because his family had Hispanic origins and Trump wanted to stop illegal immigration. The judge made a simple ruling because they had all the videos of the Trump U. TV ads that made claims that were easily proven false. Trump paid $25 million after claiming he would win the case.

Yep and the Bush family is still pissed at Trump for destroying Jeb's presidential aspirations. I'm sure his donors fell the same. Signing a warrant for documents that Trump has already granted access to and is currently in negotiations about is without a doubt political bias.:laugh:
