No, it's knowing the way breaking news happens. When someone as prominent as the main victim in this accident is killed the first facts of the accident are learned from the police and go out on the wire before the details are in.
This is the way it has always been, partly in appreciation of deadlines, partly because that is the nature of news. More detailed accounts will soon be reported if they haven't already.
We have all seen tons of fast "reporting" from the major corporate outlets that turns out to be completely wrong, this has been a major subject of conversation for a couple of decades now....you are lying.

All that has been reported is that one of the cars went into the lane of oncoming traffic and caused a head-on collision.
When it is investigated as to who caused the crash, it will end up in the police report- which is public domain.
People make mistakes- People die in automobile crashes- Doesn't change the fact that these people died and that it is a sad story for their family members, friends, supporters, and fellow Americans.
Who caused the problem is obvious, it is the one who was in the wrong lane.
Cry as you like, no one is stopping you.

Why bad things happen matters, as you should know.
Look at these same people who have in the past sometimes often wished for harm to come to these kinds of people who died here, sometimes they even call for death as AMerica quick marches to mass atrocities under this Revolution....crying for the victims.
