India does a lot of tech support . they address you ( and you should as well back ) as "sir"

Philippines are hit and miss. I've had catalogue CS reps who cant even check on my order!
Although I needed help installing my license key for MaleWare Bytes, and the Philippine guy was awesome

I still got my job as a US call center based salesperson,but only because i generate sales.
CS reps are a loss for business.. Vietnam is now taking a lot of calls

Incremental change. More and more children of color going to college/university. More and more educated employees moving up the corporate and government food chains. We already have popular media and advertising featuring non-white folks; that alone helps to take away the concept of difference. Notice how this worked to help remove the gay stigma -- gay characters in movies and TV programs, gay characters in advertising?
