Guns, Insurance, and alcohol

Two simple proposals:

1. All gun owners must purchase liability insurance for every weapon they own. No insurance, no gun.
2. If you have had a DUI in the last five years, or multiple DUI convictions, no gun.

I'm pretty sure that would effectively keep an AR-15 out of the hands of an 18 year old with no training.

Discuss.

1) why for every gun?
The insurance is for the owner - not the gun.

2) apples and oranges.
And DUI's can be for any substance that impairs motor skills - booze, pot, prescription drugs.
Even a simple refusal to be tested for being impaired.

It's simple - though both sides will hate it.

No one can legally own a handgun if they have not served in the military (full time/reserves).
That is what the Second Amendment says when people use the rules of the English Language properly.
Which most do not.
Period.

But if you have served - and at least generally discharged - you can have all the guns you want AND carry them concealed without a permit.

If you cannot be bothered to serve your country (as I did)?
Than I see no reason why you should deserve to legally own a firearm.

And I could care less about gun bunnies who want guns to protect them from robbers/from an 'evil' government; think.
That is NOT what the 2A is about.
It is about the military (Militia).
Period.

This will certainly be a part of life under the rule of the Revolution if they are not stopped, and they likely will not be now that America has become the land of the ignorant coward.

Would that include deactivated ones? What if you are not going to use it, but say put it in a collection?

What does drunk driving have to do with gun ownership? That's about the most retarded thing I've seen on this board in like two weeks.

Until that 18 year-old lives at home and takes his / her parent's AR-15 out for a spin...

it aint the gun its the weirdos...
I can support a red flag law -this guy was screaming he's gonna shoot at a parade on SM
but if they do, they need a restriction on time seized and due process paid by the state

Another fucking millennial. What do they teach in school these days?

We never shot anyone, even when we left our guns in our cars in the school parking lot.

You think us rural folk will insure our guns? Many of us have over a dozen guns. Insure them? Really?

You will do as you are told or else you will be destroyed, your life will be destroyed, your family will be devastated.

The way the Canadians treated the truckers and all who supported them in any way is a great illustration of what is coming for those who defy the WOKE Revolution.

They dont give a fuck how many must be sacrificed on the way to UTOPIA, but so many will behave because they dont want their families and friends to be harmed because of their actions.

Like I said, I won't go down alone. And I am not the only one who feels this way...

(bring on Duchie, the tuff guy )
