Congratulations, you took freedom away…

It’s actually the right to Privacy, which was much larger than abortion. It was the right to make basic personal decisions that most directly affect who we as individuals are.

The conservatives could easily have left that right alone and carved Abortion out of it. Instead these guys took it away giving the government the power to once again regulate access to birth control, who we can marry and any other number of personal decisions.

They took power away from individuals and gave it to the government.

The ruling specifically says it applies only to abortion and not to the other issues you falsely say it will effect.

Not any more. Good God, are you just pretending? You lied about the European laws (or more likely you were just too fucking stupid to know). You were wrong. Move along, 'new guy'

:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2:

No i didn't lie about the European laws, your own source corroborated that IE heartbeat laws are far more in line with first trimester abortions than were point of birth abortions that we had prior to the overturning of Roe, thanks for corroborating my claim. Oh your sourcs also points out that many European countries have waiting times between the abortion request and the abortion itself to give the woman a chance to think about what she's about to do, that doesn't sound like abortion on demand to me dipshit.

I'm talking about federal employees and contractors yes the federal government absolutely threatened to take their homes and starve them to death when they threatened to fire them from their jobs, that's how a market economy works you stupid fuck, we sell our labor for currency which we use to pay bills and buy food, when you take someone's job you take their ability to pay bills and buy food so once again the ultimatum was take the jab or go homeless and starve to death. That's not a choice that is compelled obedience under the threat of death by slow starvation.

Dear fucking idiot

They can require people with infectious diseases don’t destroy the governments functions asshole

Lots of inoculations are required in the military

Fuck you very much

You own your womb you don't own the baby inside of it.

Sorry goyim

Jewish law does not share the belief common among abortion opponents that life begins at conception, nor does it legally consider the fetus to be a full person deserving of protections equal those accorded to human beings. In Jewish law, a fetus attains the status of a full person only at birth. Sources in the Talmud indicate that prior to 40 days of gestation, the fetus has an even more limited legal status, with one Talmudic authority (Yevamot 69b) asserting that prior to 40 days the fetus is “mere water.” Elsewhere, the Talmud indicates that the ancient rabbis regarded a fetus as part of its mother throughout the pregnancy, dependent fully on her for its life — a view that echoes the position that women should be free to make decisions concerning their own bodies.

Hello Jarod,

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons..."

What? This doesn't apply to women?

No one gives a fuck what you googled, fake Jew.

I’m sure there are some, I support any individual right that does not significantly and adversely affect important rights of others, it’s a balancing act. Where does my right end because the harm it causes is significant enough to prohibit it.

Many will agree it’s a balancing act. Maybe this is semantics but you called yourself a strong supporter of individual rights. I take that to mean you support them more than one who is just a supporter of individual rights. Every issue has trade offs. For abortion it’s the unborn child. For guns it’s the people killed, the legalization of (hard) drugs etc. (and this is not even getting into economic issues and individual rights where I’m willing to bet your support for individual rights is far less but that’s a separate discussion)

For my curiosity, where do you think you differ on the big issues like this as a strong supporter of individual rights compared to those who say they support but maybe not at a strong level?

Florida abortion ban violates Jews' religious freedom

Florida's law, which DeSantis signed in April, violated the state constitution's guarantee of religious freedom.

"For Jews, all life is precious and thus the decision to bring new life into the world is not taken lightly or determined by state fiat," the lawsuit said. "In Jewish law, abortion is necessary if required to protect the health, mental or physical well-being of the women or for many other reasons not permitted (by Florida's law)."

The government needs to know if men are killing their own sperm

If the government owns my eggs and can monitor them at will

The government owns your sperm and can monitor your sperm at will

Sounds fair to me
