"If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor."

This seems to be the easiest statute to prove Trump violated. . .

If Trump knew or should have known he lost AND he conspired with one or more person and they took action to keep him in office, he has broken this criminal law.

Yes, the very least.

What other person(s) involved in the conspiracy is going to testify against him?

Even worse, he's a traitor and all who supported overthrowing the United States is a traitor.

Bill Barr? Anyone facing 20 years in prison and looking for a lighter sentence? The Proud Boys and Oath-Keepers are already falling all over each other for a deal.

You have to be the dumbest attorney on the planet. We have such a thing as EVIDENCE. There is none to suggest that Trump conspired with the rioters to break into the capital. Democrats aren't just grasping at straws here, they are making fools of themselves with their moronic demagoguery.

There's a reason that after 500 days of testimony, depositions and evidence gathering, NOTHING has been referred to the DOJ. There will be no criminal referrals because it won't meet evidentiary requirements.

That is why we have the public clown show. It's much like the Mueller HOAX, the first Ukraine Phone HOAX and the first January 6th HOAX.

Democrats are the most despicable lying, dumbasses on the planet. November cannot get here soon enough.
:palm:

As one judge said of Trump, "A coup in search of a legal theory."

That judge is a moron. There was no coup no matter how many times Democrats pound their tiny little fists on the table. There was no conspiracy between Trump and the rioters.

I want ONE leftist hack on this forum to show me where there ever was a coup without taking up arms and whole Government and the media. I'll answer it for you uneducated dimwits; NONE! It doesn't happen with an unarmed crowd. The laughable part is the crowd dispersed when asked to. That also does not happen in a coup or an insurrection.

Democrats continue to illustrate what dumb, dishonest morons they are when they abuse terms like this and turn it into a laughable clown show spectacle.
