Disagreed.

Dutch that crap is racist

I think that delivering the hearing in two hour segments is brilliant, it doesn’t drone on and it keeps people tuning back into the proceedings.

That shit is a lie

It’s a racist lie

Treating minorities equally is only called special treatment by fucking racists

Exactly

It gives people time to mull over what they heard

To discuss with others what the impact of the evidence presented is

And even you don’t agree with it

1.8 Death Penalty

We oppose the administration of the death penalty by the state.

I oppose the Death Penalty except in the most egregious circumstances like treason. Not because I'm touchy-feely but because I think the process is flawed and it's more punishing to keep them alive in prison than to end their pain through execution.

That said, while it's irrational to expect a political party to fit my views 100%, the Libertarian Party comes much closer to my views than either the Republicans or Democrats.

This is from 2014. I suspect it will alter post-Trump and if it grows in response to the demise of the Republican Party: https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/08/25/in-search-of-libertarians/

What is your proof that all the witnesses are lying?

That wasn't the question, but what you offer is just a massive logical fallacy. By way of using the same logic,What is your proof that all the witnesses aren't lying?

Without cross examination, without critical opposition, without adversarial questioning, there's no way to know if the witnesses are lying or telling the truth. There's no way to know if all available evidence is being presented or if you are just getting cherry picked information one side wants you to have.

They've laid out their case and all you can do is whine about it, not refute it. That's how I know they are telling the truth.

You should consider ceasing to be a traitor and Trump supporter in favor of a political party that truly does support freedom and a strong Constitution: the Libertarian Party.

It’s full of economic idiots and racists dude

So you are claiming all the witnesses are lying because no one was harassing the witnesses?
REALLY?

Complex question fallacy. What I claim is you, and I, have no way of knowing if some, or all, of the witnesses are lying. Your question makes this an absolute which turns it into a complex question fallacy. What if half, or a third, of what witnesses said is a lie? How much lying is too much to trust the, or a, witness? The committee members have already been caught in lies--like the one about police dying during this riot. Should anyone believe them?

Without adversarial examination we have no way to evaluate if what the committee is saying is true or not. We are forced to go to outside sources and try and make that determination ourselves, if we bother to.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mises_Caucus

The Libertarian Party Mises Caucus (LPMC) is a caucus within the United States Libertarian Party that promotes a version of libertarianism associated with the presidential campaigns of Ron Paul. It was founded in 2017 by Michael Heise, mainly in opposition to Nicholas Sarwark's position as party chairman, and the more pragmatic faction of the party associated with the presidential campaigns of Gary Johnson.[5] It is named after classical liberal economist Ludwig von Mises.[6]

The caucus has support of some prominent libertarians, such as comedian Dave Smith,[7] political commentator Tom Woods,[7][8] and radio host Scott Horton.[9] Ron Paul himself once called the caucus “the libertarian wing of the Libertarian Party”.[10] As of 2022, the Mises Caucus is the largest caucus of the Libertarian Party, with their caucus controlling all National Committees, as well as a majority of state affiliates.[11]

Amazing you still do not know the difference between a hearing and a trial.

Shitty attempt to claim there is no such thing as truth and facts

It is not a trial.

https://www.splcenter.org/hatewatch...us-could-it-sway-libertarian-party-hard-right

Members of the of the Libertarian Party (LP) are concerned about the Mises Caucus (MC) winning control of the party at the May 26 national convention, ushering in an era of collaboration between the U.S.’s largest third party and the hard-right movement inside the Republican Party.

If that's the case then I'll vote some other Third Party.

As it is, I see the end of the Party of Trump and WSEs on the horizon. They'll go to far and be driven from the national stage.
