So trying to kill a SC justice because you don't like his position isn't political? :rofl2: Blowing up Congress would be an attack on the legislature just like murdering a SC justice would be an attack on the Judiciary.

The real villan is Pelosi who wont put a floor vote up for a Senate bill authorizing extensive protection
for judges homes

and Garland who isn't calling for arrests

Yes Garland could have the protest in front of judge's homes stopped TODAY. Current law forbids it.

Title 18, Section 1507 of the U.S. Code, which was enacted in 1950. Under this law, it is illegal to picket or parade in front of a courthouse or a judge’s home "with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge."


If it were Sotomayor or Kagen, Biden would have an Army battalion at their house and he would be screaming bloody murder.

He drove all the way out from California had zip ties ,pepper spray ,a fully loaded Glock 17 (17 round capacity), a crow bar and other tools. Pretty premeditated he only chickened out when he saw Federal marshalls guarding the house. Sounds like Kavanaugh was pretty lucky. Pelosi needs to let the bill that permanently protects SC judges pass.

The Senate passed the bill giving further protection by a 100-0 vote and Nervous Nancy is letting it sit.
