No, when I met him he was not. He was way-right leaning but friendly and cheerful.

Then twump lost the election. He wasn't the only one who lost his mind. Several right-leaning folk did the same thing (talking about my last forum) and just raged out. Now you can't even reach folk like Express. It's fear. Fear of having to deal with a changing world.

Plus a whole lot of racism and bigotry- Geez!

This is worse than Watergate but back then, all the Republicans in Congress knew that what Nixon did was wrong and they knew Nixon had to go and they helped get rid of him.
Now, you've got RepubliQans in Congress crawling up Trump's asshole to stay in power and parroting his Big Lies.

It's not the same Republican Party I was registered with for 30 years. Trump has destroyed the party and it will take years/decades to recover.

I have outed ones that pretended liberal for years


All on the liberal side right up until a candidate is chosen



Then they rail at that candidate like they are evil incarnate


Motivation is the key


Watch what “people” say and what might motivate their opinions


The second they begin to sway people with things that are provably wrong it’s a tip


The second you realize they are refusing to accept FACTS and reasoning they need to be pounced on

I keep an eye out but I do consider myself a pretty good Nazi/troll detector. I recognize patterns in responses. But even if someone's faking their lean, it's not that big a deal. I'm not going to have these guys babysit for me or anything.. it's all in fun.

He had a big announcement to share: Hogan was the first Republican on the House Judiciary Committee to publicly say he would vote to impeach Nixon. It was just over two weeks before Nixon would announce his resignation, and the Judiciary Committee was poised to approve three articles of impeachment against the president — except nobody knew that yet.
