1942 - SCOTUS rules growing wheat for personal use decreases you buying on the open market and is now and forever considered interstate commerce - and you lost the right to grown your own garden - as it is now commerce, even when it isn't commerce. Wickard v Filburn

About the same chance that Justice Roberts will announce that Roe Vs. Wade will stand until Congress decides on how to Federally approve or disapprove of abortions!

And I would say that the chance for that is very high!

Remember- The Supreme Court is not a legislative branch and should not be in the middle of the debate!

Roberts will never announce such a thing, its very unlikely but possible they would delay a ruling, but they would never tell us why. Simply not how the Supreme Court works.
