Republicans drop the ball in the home stretch

I think the Dems should run on the stimulus and the infrastructure packages,
Spending a shit ton of money that we don't have...

pro increase in wages,
directly causing inflation that is rising A FUCKTON FASTER than wages is harming the working class, dude... Under Trump, wages were increasing much faster than inflation was, actually helping the working class.

pro choice,
Child murder is your platform?? Seriously??

pro easy access to voting,
Access is already as easy as ever.

and pro Social Security and Medicare!
Demonkkkrats have long since raided these funds and the programs are already collapsing.

Programs that actually help the working class.
You didn't list any.

I dont post links for ANYONE. In fact Im known for that....LOL We all KNOW you said so......why fight what we ALL already know. I mean,....go ahead if you want to but.....not a good look.

I never said that Dems would actually win Congress. I have only said it might be closer than righties think.

So, you lied. Honestly, you probably confused me with BidenisPresident, or whatever that poster's name is. That happens a lot on this site - I think because we have names that are similar in length and start w/ a "B."

But no, I never said Dems were winning.

We have the money, we would really have the money if large corporations were made to pay taxes.

When have Republicans ever done well w/ control of our gov't?

Not anytime in the past few decades. Bush Sr. left a Recession, his son crashed the economy and started a decade long war, Trump crashed the economy, botched a pandemic and divided the country almost irrevocably.

I'm not even a Democrat - but it's just logical to vote for them. We had incredible prosperity & peace under Clinton, and Obama led a record-long recovery. Biden has brought the economy back so far, and we're essentially at full employment. He has also done well w/ his biggest foreign policy crisis, and led the world response.

Kind of a no brainer. The GOP needs to find its way back from the rabbit hole & maybe they'd get the vote of someone like me.

That could very well be,...I could see that happening. If so then I apologize.

The GOP was headed for one of the most uncontested touchdowns in political history. They would have won easily this November. They just fumbled, and it might give the whole game away.

I'm not sure if they realize how many people they just woke up (sorry to use "woke" there). SO many on both the right & left said that Roe would never be overturned. There was a complacency about it.

This is a political earthquake. Not only does this galvanize the Dem base, it rattles independents and even Republicans who won't be on board with a hard right turn for America. The only historical example that seems close is when Clinton took office and came out immediately with more leftist policies, which got corrected in '94 by the electorate.

November just became much more interesting.
considering Congress cant do anything about it I think you may be spiking the ball a little prematurely.

2017. Could have been much better if Congress wasn't controlled by RINOs.

Not anytime in the past few decades. Bush Sr. left a Recession, his son crashed the economy and started a decade long war, Trump crashed the economy, botched a pandemic and divided the country almost irrevocably.
Delusions.

I'm not even a Democrat -
Flat out lie.

but it's just logical to vote for them.
No, it is stupid to vote for them.

We had incredible prosperity & peace under Clinton,
Bosnian War?

and Obama led a record-long recovery.
Delusion.

Delusions. Biden is crushing the economy (skyrocketing inflation rates), creating a Ministry of Truth straight out of 1984, discarding the Constitution, implementing authoritarian policies (in the name of COVID, Climate Crisis, and etc), getting us into wars, and completely fucking over the citizenry in every way imaginable.

Kind of a no brainer. The GOP needs to find its way back from the rabbit hole & maybe they'd get the vote of someone like me.
It is. That's why I vote for MAGA-aligned conservatives.

I was pretty clear in the OP not to spike the ball, or guarantee anything.

But throwing Roe into the campaign absolutely changes the dynamic, and it rattles what otherwise was looking to be a pretty easy win for the right in November.

we shall see I suppose. I'm sure Team Blue on the SCOTUS bench intended this to happen but it was risky.

Errr dummy, Trump ran the table with his 22 endorsements in the primaries last night.

It is going to become very difficult to deny that the republican party is the party of trump.

trump being the only president ever to have women sign a contract promising to get an abortion.

Please Walt, show where that occurred on any official White House document. Watch how fast this thread drops.

These are different times. Why do you think Red states are passing voter denial laws?

Republicans are safe to do whatever they want.

Talk about mixed metaphors. Shouldn't it be "Dropped the ball on the goal line" or "Stumble on the home stretch." I think you just screwed the pooch.

You think that trump puts the contract that he has prostitutes sign into official white house documents? Really?

Stormy Daniels and others have released trump's standard prostitute contract.

trump is the only president to have a proven illegitimate child, or a standard prostitute contract. Though I do have to add both predate his presidency.
