Once again state law already prohibited abortion and once again they needed a specific law because federal law was specifically written to protect the "right" of abortion by denying personhood status to the unborn. Are you saying that people didn't have personhood until the federal statute against murder was written in 1948?

Again you are just playing semantics as soon you won't have bad law or word games to hide behind as it is an incontrovertible biologocal fact that unborn babies are just as much human persons as the unborn and soon that fact will be codified into law in the vast majority of states, but whether or not it is codified doesn't change the fact that their people and killing them is murder.

There are 13 states that have laws that automatically ban abortion the moment SCOTUS overturns Roe.

So whenever that decision is formally released, women in the following states will be prohibited from getting an abortion under any circumstances:

Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming

If the leaked document is borne out by the decision, the matter will be relegated to the states.

No women will be denied an abortion should the Court's decision reverses Roe vs Wade, BTW. They just might have to travel.

Yes according to you the delivery mechanism by which they receive food, water, and oxygen is what separates a 9 month old that has traveled through a woman's vagina and one who hasn't because you are an infanticidal piece of shit who must travel further and further down the path of depravity and malice lest you turn and see yourself as the evil person that you are.

"Spent time" means what?

That they were in the system, but aren't now.

So what's the current number of kids in the system? Not how many have passed through it in addition to who's currently in it.

I understand. And those laws were passed by the state legislature and signed by the governor through the normal legislative process. They have that authority if Roe is thrown out.

The "delivery system" is biological when it's a fetus.

You stupidly asked for the biological difference between a fetus and a baby and apparently, you completely forgot about the fact that fetuses are bound to their mother by an umbilical cord and embryonic sac.

What do you think happens when a woman's water breaks???

During any given years kids go in and out of the system. So 672 K kids spent time in the FC system in 2019.

The real goal of this isn't to end abortion; Conservatives don't give a shit about it...they want to bring back segregation:
