Durham issues trial subpoenas to Clinton campaign and DNC

Fusion “was not primarily providing or supporting expertise relating to legal advice; instead, it appears that the investigative firm’s primary, if not sole, function was to generate opposition research materials that the firm then shared widely,” Durham said this month.

“Meeting to agree on the express goal of a joint venture is precisely what happened here, on more than one occasion,” the special counsel said early Saturday morning.

I'm sure that whatever the subpoenas end up procuring, it will be MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than Trump's stooges attacking our Capitol last January 6 in order to install a tyrant rather than a duly elected American president. Just positive.

Yeah, Durham is going to find himself with so much egg on his face over this. It's actually quite funny to read his filings where he makes claims about DNS data which are ridiculous and show a complete inability to understand what the data actually is.


The Saturday filing is also ridiculous because Durham attempts to claim an email that discusses what the anomalies found in the DNS data may indicate is actually a conspiracy concocted before anyone looked at the data. Durham looks like a fool. Durham tells the court the evidence will prove a conspiracy but then admits he doesn't have the evidence to prove it since he has no clue what is in the attorney-client documents he is attempting to subpoena.
