Yep, the Poway Unified School District in California, after vehemently denying it uses CRT has been found through leaked e-mails to be using CRT.

CRT is not supposed to be taught in the Poway Unified School District. In fact, the presence of this email allegedly contradicts previous statements of denial from the school district.

“Poway Unified vehemently denies its engagement with CRT. Yet its newly hired Director of Equity and Improvement has assigned 12 CRT readings for a committee that’s slated to make recommendations on the district’s racial equity and inclusion programming,” Wenyuan Wu, executive director of the Californians for Equal Rights Foundation, told me. “The programming itself, as shown by the official website, is full of woke jargons and CRT codenames.”

“It raises the question, why is the school district conducting a deep dive into CRT if it’s just taught in law schools and not being used in the school district’s curriculum?” Wu said.

So, at least one school district K-12 is using CRT. There are likely others who have kept it off the public's radar as well.

This has been going on for quite some time. I can't say when it started, but definitely after 2000

Possibly 2008, but I think the framework was laid before that.

I'm thinking "Head Start" may be part of it.
 
I'm watching the previously recorded coverage (Live Fox Channel) of DeSantis signing the bill stripping Disney of special status...lots of parents giving very specific examples of CRT happening their children's classrooms...very diverse mix of parents, btw...There's just no denying it's happening...

And admits to getting her opinions handed to her by Fox. I'm not surprised at her support for the (R) attack on educators though. I've seen her also attack rape victims the same way -- the guy was just being a guy, she asked for it, why was she drinking in a bar, why did she go to that party, etc.

She's a sheeple. One day someone will do her a favor and put her out of her misery. Probably a friend or relative who feels her pain and seeks to relieve it.
