Niceley was ELECTED to his state senate in 2012....he's been a state rep to congress since 1988! That happens with citizen votes and the support of the RNC, don't cha know.

:palm: Okay, let me dumb it down for you. The law that Niceley is supporting defies logic because it's not solving anything. Instead it indirectly will add to the local jail/prison population. Why? BECAUSE IF YOU ARE HOMELESS, THAT MEANS YOU DON'T HAVE THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO PAY RENT....THAT MEANS ANY "FINES" IMPOSED BY BEING ARRESTED FOR TENTING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN JAIL TIME (for how long hasn't been determined). Now, how do these folk pay off these fines? Why, prison labor for the state is the answer! Near free labor...and a return (unofficially) to the once outlawed debtor prison system (look it up).
