Do you know what a civil case is? The court was asked to rule that the attorney client privilege was broken because the attorney and the client were engaged in an illegal act. The court had to determine that there was evidence of an illegal act before the final ruling. That doesn't make anyone guilty/innocient since it wasn't a criminal case.

It seems you finally realized your claim that the Jan 6th committee was acting as a prosecutor was nonsense. if you had bothered to read the judge's ruling you wouldn't have made that claim because Eastbrook argued he didn't have to turn over documents because the Jan 6th committee wasn't requesting the documents to build a legal case. The judge agreed but said other precedents applied.
