Conservative judges appointed by Republicans have handed down similar sentences for similar offenses.

And in the cases you're referring to, she imposed the sentence prosecutors were asking for.

If a young boy/girl produces videos of themselves in the nude (being exhibitionists), will they become victims when people actually view said videos?

As I have stated the SCOTUS ruled that it's legal.
