Putin can't stand Russian son's coming back in body bags and a collapsed economy for long. Now if Slow Joe would approve more surface to air missiles and the MIGs so Ukraine could defend its own airspace the whole process would speed up. A few anti ship missile might help too.

In mid Sept. 1940, the US started supplying weapons to Europe to help fight Germany and Japan. Dec. 1941, Japan attacked the US. Hitler declared war on the US on Dec.8 1941. If we arm Ukraine directly, we'd better hope history doesn't repeat itself.

That said, I said the same thing, attack the supply lines and communications. Pick off any/all commanding officers within range. Target missile launchers. I hope the Ukrainians can successfully defend their country.

At some point we need to call Putin's bluff. Bullies only understand power. That is why Putin waited for a weak president to pull this. After watching Afghanistan he knew he could push Biden around. He didn't count on the Ukrainians or on the World's response.

I don't disagree. Pretty much the whole world sees us as weak because of Biden. Biden has to watch his step with Putin. But in the same sense, we also have to worry about China. If they attack Taiwan, we're in it, and Putin would pile on like Hitler did.
We have a powerful and capable military, but could this country pull together like we did during WWII? It took the whole country to win the WWII.

We need to talk to NATO and the EU and put it this way. "China is trying to become the World's leading Superpower. If China supports Putin he will more than likely win. And China will become stronger. If China does not support Putin he may very well lose. And if he wins you will have to live with an emboldened Putin in your backyard and a stronger Communist China. . The US and the EU are China's two biggest trading partners. If the US and the EU both promise harsh trading sanctions on anyone that helps Russia China may think twice about helping Putin.. If China backs away from Putin he will probably return to his borders.
