PHILADELPHIA — At a messaging retreat this week, House Democratic members were coached on how to better connect with voters.

A sitcom showrunner and a best-selling fiction writer encouraged them to tell stories rather than give voters the usual laundry list of reasons Democrats should remain in the majority. Three marketing executives, including one from Pepsi, urged them to craft their messages like sharp advertisements. And leaders echoed a new slogan unveiled by the national party: They can deliver.

What's your point?

"Many Americans have largely forgotten Democrats’ solution to combat the pandemic by injecting roughly $2 trillion into the economy a year ago. Biden’s bipartisan law that invests another $700 billion to reinvigorate America’s infrastructure was marred by ideological infighting and was blemished by the failure to pass the social spending plank of his agenda that remains stalled."

Thanks for the inflation and working to destroy the dollar.

Very hard times are coming.

Cant be stopped now.

Buckle Up.

Nobody’s forgotten anything. “Inject” printed or borrowed money for people to sit at home is not injecting anything into the economy.
It’s why there’s rampant inflation.

You know, over $4/gal gas, astronomical food prices, and soaring inflation will do that to people. :dunno:

This is such typical Democrat thinking,....they know no other way. " Hmmm, lets see.. Americans hate eating shit sandwiches. HEY....I KNOW! Instead of serving them something they like, lets just keep giving them shit sandwiches but we will just call them STEAK BURGERS! YEAH!!...That'll work!" You guys,...I tell ya,..........sooooooooooo out of touch most of the time.

The problem Democrats have is the melting pot in the party.

Republicans are basically white nationalists, sprinkled with the elite who refuse to pay taxes.

Democrats encompass a wide variety of voters, and that's the problem.

If Democrats had 50 senators, they could have moved the nation forward. Because they don't, they leave the 'Progressive' (we want free shit) wing of the party out in the cold.

Rather than work toward gaining control of both houses, this demographic works to destroy those chances by employing the Bernie Sanders method of 'me, me, me' complaints.

Come Jan. '23, these whiners are going to see just what it's like to get nothing for their troubles.

And just like the Supreme Court that they didn't care about in '16, the nation might be gone forever.

just stop fucking lying.

That's good advice.

Just you smell it told some stories. now he's in the pokey.

Instead of actually DOING something that people of all stripes can get behind , the D's just repackage and re brand the same ole shit under another name. Basically,....they LIE to the public. Problem for them is now people have many more resources for information . When people are informed they are much harder to lie to. When you combine information access with the plain old REALITY of just looking around,....the jig is up. Lets all be honest FOR ONCE.......people look around and what do they see? Well,...to start they see a president who can hardly speak most of the time,...a dementia riddled gaffe machine. Then they look at the vice President and what do they see? In truth,....a used up old whore who is totally out of her depth for the position she is in with no way of hiding it. The woman doesnt even know WHO is in NATO and who isnt. They see High prices at the gas pump that the poor simply cannot afford, high prices at the grocery store, inflation everywhere, shortages and supply chain problems, .....and if thats not bad enuff,....the constant worry of the threat of war with a nuclear power. The D's can rebrand all they want to,.....but this time they arent fooling anybody. Even the dumbest of the dumb and blindest of the blind can see it because it is literally ALL AROUND THEM. They cant NOT see it. Oh,......and they brought the country to this lowly state in a damn YEAR. Yeah D's.....rename and rebrand all you want to. In the end BULLSHIT WALKS.

They want you to believe that all the inflation and cost hikes leading up to the war can retroactively be blamed on Russia. It's like a cartoon. Their actions, spending like monetary policy can't generate inflation, then suggesting more spending to fix the inflation, no longer need to be explained... because Russia.

Russia, Russia, Russia...
