Most serve their sentence concurrently, not consecutively. Additionally, the asshole lied all the way through the trial about his guilt. He should have both an obstruction and perjury charge thrown at him too…and I expect that would happen if you desire comes true; that he gets a walk.
…but I’m not a lawyer. I do make bets though and I’m betting he gets the three years and maximum fine of $125K.
Because it’s five felonies, I doubt he’ll get early release. False police reports can’t be condoned.
