The FBI didn't say they had nothing, what they said was that Kilimnik and the other Russians Trump was colluding with weren't forthcoming with their communications.

So they couldn't establish collusion because of uncooperative witnesses.

Mueller never ruled collusion out, just that he couldn't establish it based on the evidence that was volunteered.
 
Trump is a patriot, and I am grateful for all that he has done, but he cant help anymore. It is time to move on to people with different skillsets.
