There are a lot of things wrong with how this Supreme Court came to be, the biggest of course being McConnells dereliction of duty in failing to consider the Presidents nominee for Supreme Court. But the reality is that Republicans are running the country so what sane people want is NOT going to happen. We all need to be prepared for this. I have no idea whether Trump might end up in jail, but either way, Republicans are going to destroy Democrats in the midterms, install Trump loyalists in key election posts, and it won't matter. We are going to become a tin pot dictatorship, and I no longer see any way to stop it. Republicans will win the midterms, and we will not see another free and fair election in this country in my lifetime. This is how democracy dies. Cowardice and lust for power.
 
I asked my buddy who actually got a perfect score on the LSAT and went to HLS what he thought and he said "I would think a fairly long history of publicly available judicial opinions would be a better indicator of her aptitude."

The LSAT has value when determining applicants for school but once you've reached this level (the Supreme Court) I don't really see its relevance as your record speaks for itself.

A person’s brain advances with maturity, especially in those early years, some we thought were genius in secondary school turned out less than average by the time they turned twenty two, and vice versa. You can’t teach Kierkegaard to a high school student but would be a stable second year of college, SAT scores from decades ago aren’t any reflection of a person’s ability today

Are grades any different? Is someone, at age 50, necessarily any less intelligent because they screwed around in high school (or had a rough upbringing) and didn't go to college compared to someone who did?

The average black IQ is 65. They are mentally disabled and everyone knows it.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1725 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.
 
The LSAT uses affirmative action grading as does the SAT and ACT and MCAT and everything. So if we do find her LSAT score we'll have to reduce it by 20%.

Nor did they ask for the LSAT scores for Kavanaugh, or Thomas or Barrett.
