Almost all the Central American immigrants are crossing the border to present themselves to border agents and apply for asylum. That is the whole border crisis in a nutshell. Somewhere along the lines, the alt right has misunderstood the entire thing.

and then they are flown or bussed across the US and dropped into the general public........they are NOT returned to where they came from.......

There are about 50 million people living in America, who were not born here. Many are American citizens born abroad (to American parents). Others are naturalized American citizens. Many of the rest are legal residence, or even legal visitors. Saying they are all illegal aliens is just nonsense.

There were 47 million Americans without health insurance, but that number has almost been cut in half. We could reduce it more, if Obamacare was more applied, but cutting it in half is very good. Taking away health insurance from anyone born abroad would not help the matter. Taking away health insurance from an American born on a military base in Germany does not mean that an unemployed person in West Virginia magically gets health insurance. The world does not work that way.
