Brad Carver is the Senior Managing Director of HBS Government Affairs and is a member of the Government Affairs; Energy, Regulatory and Utilities; Environmental, Mass Torts and Land Use; International; and Business Litigation practice groups. He is the District Chairman of the 11th Congressional District, a member of the Executive Committee of the Georgia Republican Party, an alternate delegate to the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL, and a delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland, OH. Prior to Hall Booth Smith, P.C., Mr. Carver worked for Miller & Martin, Alston & Bird, the Georgia Municipal Association, and Georgia Power Company.
During law school, Mr. Carver deployed with the Army to Tuzla, Bosnia, from May 1996 to January 1997 as the Commander of a Detachment of the 341st Adjutant General Co. and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. In September 2003, Mr. Carver returned to Atlanta from a 14-month tour of duty in Kuwait and Iraq where he supported 3rd Army as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for exceptionally meritorious service during combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
Mr. Carver retired after 28 years of service at the end of 2018 from the U.S. Army Reserves in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, with his last duty position being Team leader at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

Mr. Yadav currently excels as the chief executive officer and the president of the Gope Group of Companies. In his current position, he handles all billing and bookkeeping while managing various businesses and supervises over 100 employees in Camden County. Over the years, Mr. Yadav has been incredibly proud of his success in the United States, attributing his professional success to hard work and his exceptional business ethics.
 
Mr. Yadav was featured in Georgian Magazine on multiple occasions. He also obtained the SBDC Advisory Council Award, the Leadership Georgian Award, the Southeast Georgian Award and the Most Likely to Succeed Award as well numerous local accolades. In his community, He has been active with the Georgians First Commission, the Georgia Lottery Corporation, Kingsland Tourism, the Camden County Chamber of Commerce, the Kingsland Downtown Development Authority, Joint Development Authority, and the Georgia Small Business Development Center and the American Salvation Army. Looking toward the future, Mr. Yadav plans to invest in more businesses across different markets in order to help the community.

Kathy Berden was elected to serve a four-year term as the national committeewoman of the Republican Party of Michigan in 2016. She has worked for the Republican Party at the local, state, and national level for many years. She and her husband own a farm in Michigan.[1]

Berden was a delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Michigan. Berden was one of 25 delegates from Michigan bound by state party rules to support Donald Trump at the convention.[2] As of July 13, 2016, Trump had approximately 1,542 delegates. The winner of the Republican nomination needed the support of 1,237 delegates. Trump formally won the nomination on July 19, 2016.
 
Well, it all depends on what the meaning of "is" is....

sorry, doesn't......depends on what the statute's definition of "fraud" is........the courts are pretty clear about that.....I know you're fond if it, but even you don't want criminal statutes to be 'living, breathing documents'......
