The thing about evidence is you have to be able to show it to unbiased people and it has to hold up to scrutiny of those unbiased people.

Claiming everyone that doesn't believe your bullshit is biased doesn't suddenly make the crap you spew turn into evidence.
 
When these cases are taken to court it will be proven yet again this is al a Republican Party lie

I just checked the Gateway Pundit site. They are using the lawsuit as a fundraising grift while repeating the lies.

Not only are they going to lose this suit, the money they are raising will all go to the plaintiffs. Could they be any more stupid by repeating the lies even after the suit was filed?

But when you are the proud recipient of the Breitbart Award for Excellence in Online Journalism, you can't be too bright. His lawyers are going to tell him to STFU pretty quickly.
