Yes, I believe an employer should, for most things, be free to make business decisions. A very scientific argument can be made to show that smokers (a choice) are less productive and cause an unhealthy environment.

Why would it have to b e a covid mandate? They have upheld plenty of vaccine mandates.

I dont recall a case saying you have a right to wear glasses, but I still feel very comfortable that right would be constitutionally protected.

Are you saying that the hospitals are not full of the unvaccinated? Then the doctors and nurses are lying? They are effective. Nobody ever said they were 100 percent. They were advertised as 90 percent. That means it does not work on 1 in 10. That Is a lot of people. However, it apparently protects them from getting the worst cases that rightys seem to seek.

perhaps because you made the claim in an argument about the enforceability of Biden's executive order regarding the covid vax mandate......at the very least, can you direct us to a SC decision upholding the constitutionality of vaccine mandates by executive order......which a lower court just decided was unconstitutional.......
