yeah didnt get that part. I did get the idea of the 1st charge coming in not guilty and the 2nd (3rd etc) being guilty. have to guess its several different flavors of felony manslaughter. prolly from most sever to least.

You're not wrong. The worst punishment I believe in is their life sentences (and then some), but they deserve much worse.
