That was far from the legal definition of inciting a riot. The riot has to be a direct result of his comments and must be immediately after that speech. He is not an undercover agent or breaking the law.
Stop being a dishonest jackass. He was there that day as well if you had bothered to watch the videos. HE didn't remove anything you moron. The FBI removed his information.
Again, we have the videos, he is clearly identified yet he has not been arrested along with 650 others who have been. Why?

They have screen captures of the FBI's that show Epps then screen captures with his picture removed he was removed the day after Revolver news released an article on Epps.
You have no evidence he was in the FBI database or that his name was removed. Pure lies.
Trump supporters were naive and dumb enough to follow some unknown person? Being there that day does not constitute instigating a riot. A person has to actually cause immediate violence--not just urge the crowd to do something. Check the law on these matters. Trump's words were closer than this guy and nothing Trump said could constitute "inciting" anything.

I watched the video and read the story. I did not see anybody rioting after he made his statements. It didn't look like anybody was following his lead.
Who is "they"? How do you know who removed the image? The FBI knows there are many videos of him and would never believe they could doctor a film to accomplish anything.

You can go to the FBI page yourself and verify he is no longer on the page. He was photograph #16 note how it now jumps from #15 to #17 and there is no #16 anymore.
