You guys are wonderfully dense. Democrats quietly cheered for the protestors. Their rally gave the country a refresher course in Trump’s affinity for mob violence. Last thing Democrats wanted was for the protestors not to have their chance to remind us all of Jan 6 and give the networks a reason to show that juicy video again.
