Turnout increased from 54% in 2016 to 62% in 2020.
So, add in the 11 million new voters, and increase the turnout by 8%, and that's where you get the vote totals.
Also, fewer people voted 3P in 2020 than 2016, which you didn't account for in your "data", probably because you were obscuring that fact to shape a false narrative, which is what you spend your time doing on JPP.
