Without detailed survey data of consumers of the service, it is impossible to say that revenues decreased because of a rate increase. no one has a problem when people state their opinions. When they try to pass those opinions off as facts, that raises reasonable objections.

It is a fact that he's not been proven wrong. All one needs to do to positively disprove the claim of the existence of a singularity of opinion is to demonstrate the existence of a legitimate and at least marginally attractive alternative.
