this is how government fails

got anything new besides admitting that STY should STFU cuz he can't prove his point?

and I can imagine that 59 year old men are just the thing you need to get it up to the point of ejeculation, but thanks...I don't swing that way. maybe Dixie of SM might oblige you.

Actually, boffergroin can't prove his either. So it's a draw really, but your blow job friend feels victorious nonetheless. Odd.

STY stated his opinion as if it were fact. It is not fact. He cannot prove it. Without detailed survey data of consumers of the service, it is impossible to say that revenues decreased because of a rate increase. no one has a problem when people state their opinions. When they try to pass those opinions off as facts, that raises reasonable objections.

And boffergroin acts like it's a fact that he's wrong. That's unproven also. So be a chum and go cut your head off with a chainsaw.

You are confused... I said STY was wrong for claiming he was stating a fact, when he was stating an opinion.

Without further data, it cannot be proven either way...

You concur...end of story...

It could be a fact. Nobody has done the full research. It's an assertion unproven either way.

"blue is the best color" is an opinion.

It is a fact that he's not been proven wrong. All one needs to do to positively disprove the claim of the existence of a singularity of opinion is to demonstrate the existence of a legitimate and at least marginally attractive alternative.

sorry, that, in fact, is not sufficient, despite your retarded beliefs to the contrary.

Opinions are different than assertions which have the possibility of being proven true or false.

this is a potentially factual statement which has yet to be proven true or false.

it has yet to be proven true.... and the data that would be able to prove it true - detailed survey data from turnpike riders - is unavailable... so it remains an unproven assertion... or, in other words, just an opinion.

For example, I could assert that the space between your ears is filled with marshmallows, but until we actually rip off the top of your skull and dig around inside, it will remain an assertion that has the possibility of being proven true or false...
