Who? No one said that. They can tell you that if your child does not get one he cannot attend public school but they can't make you get one. That has been standard policy for about 70-80 yrs. If you went to public school in the USA, you have been vaccinated against a number of diseases.

No school can require a vaccination as a condition of attending school. No business can require a vaccination as a condition of employment.
