LEOs who shoot someone in the performance of their stated duties are seldom "murderers." Derek Chauvin of course was, but that was a totally different scenario than a crazed rioter, with a backpack, and in the company of hundreds of other crazed rioters breaking windows and assaulting LEOs to gain entrance to an American govt. building.

So its the DUTY of LEO's to shoot down unarmed perpetrators. Unarmed Ashli Babbitt did not present an immediate threat to anyone. The unnamed moron that shot Babbitt is very likely the same Capital Hill officer that left his loaded service weapon in a Capital Hill bathroom.

Anyone who attempts an unlawful and violent entry into a protected governmental space when it is being guarded by an armed officer risks being shot. Lawfully shot. It's only the special circumstance that this
particular violent entry attempt was made on behalf of Donald Trump that prompts this ridiculous outrage against the officer.
