Yes, it clearly does matter.
We don't even know if the choice to call her Nikki was hers or her parents....but the point is that they made the choice after she was already born.
You seem really afraid to talk about why they made that choice, and I suspect it's because you'll inevitably reveal your own inherent racist tendencies, and that would be embarrassing for you.

Then you blundered again when you said that "Kids teasing kids has always occurred and always will occur," which would include racist attacks on a kid's name or race...thereby proving that America is racist...after all, if you're saying that racist teasing has always occurred and will always occur, then you're saying that racist teasing is institutional and inherent. So by saying that, you're agreeing with my thesis that America is a racist country. After all, you're the one who said kids here always do racist teasing.
