I can’t find the judges name
 
The investigation is being handled by the State Bureau of Investigation. Could it be the judge spoke with the investigators and learned releasing the four tapes would compromise the investigation??
 
Depending what the video shows, it might not be good to release it and see people jump to conclusions about what happened based on Ben Crumps interpretation the POS that said Shamu didn't have a knife
