All free school is that. People without kids pay for those who have them. Whether a person has a voucher and chooses what school their kid goes to, or they go to the local public school it is that way. Just that it is in the background so that you can ignore it and pretend it doesn't exist.

Now, every voucher system I have seen takes only half what the school district gets and gives it to the child as a voucher, the other half remains in the school system and actually increases school spending on a per capita basis therefore.

True, but until we get spending under control paying a good amount in taxes is the thing to do, so as to not pass the buck on to our children.

whether you agree or disagree is irrelevant to your being wrong. That is not a fiscal conservative position. Period. You might (heavy emphasis on the word might) find some extreme libertarian that thinks like that, but it most certainly is not a fiscal conservative position.

so then you'll man up and pay more than legally required too...or are you going to be a hypocrite like obama/biden and talk about how we need to pay MORE taxes and then use whatever legal means necessary to pay the LEAST possible...

No, thats the way it should work, we should all pay the least amount possable under the law. Noone should pay more than the representatives decide they should be required to pay. That makes not sense.

It needs to be done as a group.
