Does everyone believe Trump is guilty of insurrection?

The question is if he was being directly or indirectly guilty.

People keep saying that he didn't "order" or "encourage" it. So that means he was indirectly guilty of it.

The old "Plausible Deniability", problem is trump is not a very good game player, his phone call to Georgia is going to bite him, and the Dems will get their way in barring him from office, and they just got done writing his place in history, and the GOP is involved in a internal power struggle.
