They're coming for your guns

Again, it called common sense, you can't disprove that which has yet to be proven

If ID isn't required to vote, how do you know people aren't casting ballots in others' names, Anchovies?

Why do you need to show identification, whether it is to buy alcohol or take out a loan, Anchovies?

Why, if someone did something deemed to be a felony but it did not involve any sort of violence why on earth shouldn't that person get their Rights back?

As long as they get their vote back, I don't care.

But apparently in Florida, a vote is more dangerous than a bullet moving at 2,000 feet per second.

Because almost no one does that. It's like assuming people will take their money and put it in the till. Why would anyone risk a felony arrest for ONE vote?

There is no widespread voter fraud, especially in-person voter fraud, and that just frustrates you, doesn't it?

I prefer they get both back under the right circumstances.

It would be a decent bipartisan compr---snort*, ha, hahahahaahah

Sorry, I couldn't get that out. You know the GOP would rather kill themselves than compromise on anything.

If ID isn't required to vote, how do you know people aren't casting multiple ballots in others' names?

Well, I see the humor, but I have no problem with compromise on most issues, but Not All, our Rights are a Non-Negotiable issue for me.

HR 127 establishes a federal firearms registration system that will be accessible by federal, state, and local government authorities.

  • The system will register the make, model, and serial number of all firearms, their owners, the date they were acquired, and where they are stored.
  • The system will track firearms loans, including the identity of the loan recipient and the duration of the loan.
HR 127 also establishes a federal licensing requirement.

Applicants will have to be at least 21, undergo a NICS check, complete a psychological evaluation, complete 24 hours of firearms training, and pay $800 for government-mandated insurance.

These provisions will apply retroactively once the usurper signs the bill into law,

Gun owners will have three months to comply.

Democrats are the most dangerous fascist threat since Nazi Germany.

As for SCOTUS they know well that they must stay in their lane, do as they are told by the Revolution, or else they get humiliated and blown up. Plus they have been relatively useless for decades anyways, expect nothing from them.

They have been very protective of gun rights and even extended those rights to the states in 2010.

CounterPoint:
JUNE 15, 2020
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a series of cases seeking to expand gun rights, showing that even with its conservative majority it remains hesitant about wading into the contentious issue.

The court rejected 10 different appeals that had piled up in recent months challenging whether various firearms restrictions violated the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Fun fact: the "insurance company" is the federal government.

The Regressive Left has been clear for years that one of the tactics they will use is to drive up the cost of ownership to the point that many become willing to voluntarily give up their guns.

Also the annoyance factor, and new laws to jam people with...for instance that they must be locked and locked in approve lockers/safes.

They are using the same tactic on gasoline and tobacco. Of course, they don't appear to have a plan to replace the revenue their jihad against either will eliminate.
